Property policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026. This page explains how JebuK handles Nashik sale listings, seller data, buyer inquiries, private documents, and premium listing credits.
Marketplace rules
- JebuK property listings are currently for Nashik sale properties only.
- Rentals, vague entries, non-Nashik properties, spam, fake listings, and public phone numbers in listing text may be rejected.
- Each mobile number gets one active free listing. More listings need a JebuK Premium activation code or premium plan.
- Listings go public only after JebuK review. Approval does not guarantee sale, price, legal title, loan approval, or buyer response.
Seller data
- We collect seller name, mobile number, seller type, property details, photos, RERA information, private address, and optional verification documents.
- Seller phone numbers, exact addresses, and private documents are for JebuK review and are not shown publicly on listing pages.
- Agents must provide a MahaRERA agent registration number. Owners may be asked for extra confirmation when broker-as-owner risk appears.
- Optional verification documents are used only to review the listing or seller claim.
Buyer inquiries
- We collect buyer name, mobile number, timeline, optional email, selected listing, and message.
- JebuK reviews buyer intent before sharing seller contact.
- Buyer details may be shared with a seller only when the inquiry appears relevant to that seller's listing.
- Spam, fake, abusive, or blocked buyer inquiries may be closed without contact sharing.
Use of data
- We use submitted data to verify listings, contact sellers or buyers, prevent spam, process premium listing credits, and operate the marketplace.
- We use Firebase, Firebase Phone Auth, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions, and optional Razorpay checkout to run these services.
- We do not sell seller or buyer phone numbers as raw contact lists.
- Admin exports are used for backup, migration, and operational review.
Corrections and removal
- Sellers can check listing status with phone verification.
- If JebuK asks for correction, the seller can reopen the listing and resubmit it.
- To request removal, correction, or access to your submitted data, contact JebuK from the contact page using the same mobile number.
- Some records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, audit, payment records, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
Premium credits
- Premium credits add listing capacity for the same verified mobile number.
- Manual activation codes are issued by JebuK after offline approval or payment confirmation.
- Online checkout is available only when Razorpay is connected.
- Premium credits do not guarantee approval, placement, buyer leads, or sale.
